Fairly clean place & efficient and polite stuff. Extremely spacious and quiet room with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV set. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Particularly good and marvellous location for Alcala La Real, near the centre of town and the church. Honestly no reason to complain.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the double room a bit cold on my feet.
